Privacy Policy for NomenVerbTrainer

NomenVerbTrainer is an iOS app designed to work fully offline, without accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking. This privacy policy applies only to the NomenVerbTrainer iOS application and explains how your information is handled.
Data Stored on Your Device
The app stores the following information locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData and UserDefaults):
- Vocabulary cards and translations included with the app
- Your study progress, review history, and study sessions
- Favorites and "My Lists" you create
- App settings, including language, daily limits, and appearance
- Notification preferences
This data is used solely to provide app functionality and never leaves your device.
Data Collection
NomenVerbTrainer does not collect personal data, usage analytics, advertising identifiers (IDFA), location, contacts, photos, microphone input, or browsing data. The app does not transmit your study data to the developer or to any third-party service.
Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or social SDKs. No data is shared with third parties.
Notifications
If you enable daily reminders in the app's Settings, NomenVerbTrainer requests notification permission and schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are generated by your device — no remote notification server or push service is used. Notification preferences remain on your device.
Home Screen Widget
The app includes a Home Screen widget that displays your streak count and today's review count. The widget reads this data from a shared app group on your device and does not transmit it anywhere.
Speech Synthesis
The app uses Apple's text-to-speech APIs (AVSpeechSynthesizer) to read German phrases aloud. This is performed on-device. The app does not record audio.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your study data and settings are stored locally on your device. You can clear your study progress from the app's Settings screen at any time. Uninstalling the app will remove all data stored by the app from that device. Because the developer does not receive a copy of your data, no separate request is required to delete it.
Children's Privacy
NomenVerbTrainer does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app does not require an account or any personal information to use.
Changes to This Policy
If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.

端末に保存される情報
本アプリは Apple のオンデバイスストレージ（SwiftData および UserDefaults）を 使用して、以下の情報を利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。

- 学習履歴、復習履歴、学習セッション記録
- お気に入りおよびマイリスト

情報の収集
NomenVerbTrainer は、個人情報、利用分析データ、広告識別子（IDFA）、位置情報、 連絡先、写真、マイク入力、閲覧履歴を 一切収集しません。利用者の学習データを開発者や第三者に 送信することはありません。
第三者サービスとの共有
本アプリには、第三者の分析 SDK、広告 SDK、SNS 連携 SDK は 一切含まれていません。第三者へのデータ共有も行いません。
通知
アプリ設定で毎日のリマインダーを有効にすると、通知許可を求めた上で ローカル通知を端末上にスケジュールします。リモート通知サーバや プッシュサービスは使用しません。通知設定は端末内にのみ保存されます。
ホーム画面ウィジェット
本アプリは連続学習日数および今日の復習数を表示するホーム画面ウィジェットを 提供します。ウィジェットは端末内の共有 App Group からデータを読み取るのみで、 外部に送信することはありません。
音声合成
ドイツ語の発音再生には Apple の音声合成 API（AVSpeechSynthesizer）を オンデバイスで使用します。アプリは音声の録音を行いません。
データの保持と削除
学習データと設定は端末にローカル保存されます。アプリの設定画面から学習進捗を いつでも消去できます。アプリをアンインストールすると、そのアプリが保存した データはすべて端末から削除されます。開発者は利用者データのコピーを保有しない ため、別途削除依頼の手続きは不要です。
お子様のプライバシー
NomenVerbTrainer は、お子様を含むいかなる利用者からも個人情報を意図的に収集 することはありません。本アプリの利用にあたってアカウントや個人情報の入力は 不要です。
本ポリシーの変更
本プライバシーポリシーが変更された場合、最新版を同 URL に「最終更新」日付と ともに掲載します。
